We know that now-a-days everyone is bombarded with information surrounding the importance of healthy eating and keeping healthy. Government adverts, gyms popping up everywhere, fad diets and strings of documentaries have adults quaking in their boots whenever they think about the implications of eating a cheeseburger. Don’t worry, we get scared too! But remember, keeping healthy and fit is about a balanced diet and a physical exercise.

Of course, at Xtreme, we promote keeping healthy and fit, but there is no need to be unhappy doing so. The objective that we have is to promote physical activity but in a different, fun, and stimulating way. Why not break free from the monotonous jog or gym session every now and then and come visit us to shake things up? Get to know the great outdoors a little better and fill your lungs with gulps of fresh in our Courtlough and Carton House locations!

There is no judgement here, people of all shapes and sizes come out and have a fantastic day. We believe that not only is it important to keep fit and healthy but it’s also really important to understand the importance of keeping happy and mentally stimulated.
